Refund & Cancellation Policy

The brand "DesiDu" and this
website are owned and operated by DHI UTKALP. Throughout this document, "DesiDu",
"DesiDu Milk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to DHI UTKALP.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your DesiDu Milk subscription at any time, without penalty or hidden charges. To
cancel:
- Contact us via phone or email with your subscription details
- Your cancellation will be effective from the next scheduled delivery
- We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next delivery date
- You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation
2. Pause Subscription
If you want to temporarily stop your deliveries without cancelling:
- You can pause your subscription for up to 2 weeks
- Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period
- No charges will be made during the pause period
- You can pause multiple times or request a longer pause by contacting us
3. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- If your subscription is cancelled before your first delivery, a full refund will be issued
within 5-7 business days
- If you cancel after receiving at least one delivery, no refund will be issued for the
delivery received
- Refunds for future scheduled deliveries will be processed if cancellation is done before the
delivery date
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
- Processing of refunds typically takes 5-7 business days
4. Quality-Related Refunds
If there is an issue with the quality, freshness, or condition of the delivered milk:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- We will investigate the complaint and take appropriate action
- If quality issues are confirmed, we will either replace the product or issue a refund
- We may request photos or additional details to process your claim
- A full refund or replacement will be provided for confirmed quality issues
5. Trial Period
For new customers:
- The first week of daily delivery is available as a free trial
- If you're not satisfied, you can cancel before the second week begins with no charges
- Trial period applies only to Daily Delivery plans
- You will be charged starting from the second week if you continue the subscription
6. Missed or Failed Delivery
If we fail to deliver milk on a scheduled delivery date:
- You must report the missed delivery within 24 hours
- We will attempt to deliver the milk the next day at no additional cost
- If the replacement delivery also fails, a refund will be issued for that week
- We apologize for any inconvenience and will work to resolve the issue quickly
7. Price Changes
Regarding subscription pricing:
- We will notify you at least 2 weeks in advance of any price changes
- You will have the option to accept the new price or cancel your subscription
- No charges will be applied at the new price until you acknowledge the change
8. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Milk was delivered to the provided address but not collected by you
- The milk was damaged or spoiled after delivery due to improper storage by you
- You changed your mind after accepting the delivery
- The subscription was cancelled after multiple successful deliveries
- Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or initiate a cancellation, please:

- Call us at +91 98765 43210 during business hours
- Provide details of your request (cancellation, refund, quality issue, etc.)
- Include any supporting information (photos for quality issues, etc.)
- Our team will process your request within 2 business days
10. Refund Timeline
After we approve your refund request:
- Processing: 1-2 business days to process and approve
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
- Credit Card: 5-7 business days to reflect in your statement
- Payment may take longer during weekends and public holidays
11. Modification of Plan
You can modify your subscription plan at any time:
- Change frequency (daily to weekly, etc.)
- Change delivery days and times
- Increase or decrease quantity
- Modifications take effect from the next scheduled delivery
- Contact us at least 24 hours before the next delivery to make changes

13. Policy Changes
DHI UTKALP (operating as DesiDu) reserves the right to modify this Refund &
Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via email. Continued use of
our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
